This ultimately leads to poor job performance and ineffective teams. She is a behavioral assessment expert specializing in job candidate assessments and team assessments. Lori has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, has traveled extensively as a corporate leadership developer and trainer for the UNICCO Service company, and spent several years serving as a senior recruiting consultant in the high tech industry.
