Brief biography:

Per A Christensen has been working as a management consultant since 1983. He has consulted a vast variety of governments, businesses and industries in various countries and cultures ranging from the Americas and throughout Europe including Central and Eastern Europe, and the CIS. Throughout these years he has gained experience from consulting in as different sectors as government, development banking, telecommunications, public/governmental administration, EDP, pharmaceutical, agriculture, mechanical industry, service and trade industry, and management consultancy. His primary focus areas are policy and strategy development and formulation, organisational development, strategy implementation, design and installation of strategy implementation systems, top management coaching and productivity improvement. He has extended vocational education and training in systems theory and inter human communication from USA, Italy, United Kingdom, Sweden and Norway, and he has published various articles and books on organisational and managerial change. He has together with Jon Lund Hansen developed a practical theory for organisational change, Organisational Ecology.
