Brief biography:
In her youth Lucy competed as a three day eventer, riding for various Junior British Teams before going on to train and coach eventing in India and Australia. Lucy’s sporting career came to an abrupt end due to injury, and at that point she began to earn a living cooking for family and friends. She went on to the travel the world, using her incredible cooking skills to fund her trips, before freelancing as a chef for several different catering companies in London. As Lucy grew frustrated by the way other people did things, she wanted to find a real home for her unique and much applauded food style and originality, and so “rhubarb” food design was born.
