General Motors continues to add to its eco-friendly credentials,
even as the automaker undergoes bankruptcy restructuring. One of the
ways GM is touting its commitment to technology and energy efficiency
is by opening its Global Battery Systems Lab in Michigan to develop new batteries for hybrid and fuel cell vehicles.
