Since all funds have their own relative risks and ownership cost structure, you should try selecting funds that carry the least risks and capital investment costs. Investing your hard-earned money in mutual funds may be relatively less risky than investing in stocks, bonds, short-term money-market instruments, and realty, but even then you should never let your guard down.
