You can practice most meditation techniques anywhere, at any time. Do this on a train, in a waiting room or the back of a taxi. Especially do it if you find yourself getting irritated. As soon as you feel your blood pressure rising, take a breath and let your tension go with your exhalation. Stop your body, check your breathing and allow your mind to clear.
