Panic attacks can be extremely frightening. There is an entire school
of thought which denies that they are "real," which really makes it
difficult. Overcoming panic attacks isn't easy, but it can be done. The
person who suffers from panic attacks shouldn't attempt to "force" the
panic attacks to stop, trying to convince themselves that the "panic"
isn't real or that it's all "in your head" will only make the situation
worse.
