We live in an unhealthy world...too much processed food, electronics, bad air etc. What can we do to counteract all of this...?  A Lot!
Sometimes we do not realize, but are actually living in an unhealthy relationship. Actually, it is an outcome of our attitude, everyday interactions and minor problems that keep on accumulating and finally swell up as a huge problem.
Smoking is a high rated habit (an unhealthy habit) by people in certain countries. Even though smokers are aware of its harmful, unhealthy effects still they continue using it for some reason.
Are you feeling obligated to anyone? Do you feel responsible for other peoples pain or survival? Would you like to be free of emotional ties that are draining you? Cutting emotional cords has been a major practice in my counseling office. I discovered that many of my clients were attached to others in an unhealthy way.
Unhealthy colon results into constipation, gas, bloating and abdominal pain. Addition problems like stomach upset, headaches and more severe allergic to food are also related with unhealthy colon.
Even people who have lived a healthy life are not liberated from hypertension. Physicians believe that the causes that contribute to hypertension are unhealthy foods, being overweight, the lack of proper exercise and unhealthy living. Even if these factors contribute to hypertension the real suspect still remained a secret until a previous study was revealed.
Reality is various factors are making the process of changing our unhealthy thoughts and ideas quite difficult. This article aims to explore the first stumbling block on our way to happiness and emotional wellness.
Guilt comes in two flavors, healthy guilt and unhealthy, or toxic guilt. We will explore the purpose and diferences between the two.
The first part of this article clearly demonstrated that the tenacity of the habits we have acquired in our youth is likely to make more difficult the process of changing our unhealthy thoughts and ideas.
