Initially harvested Juhl criticism but eventually started designing an impact on the housing styles in the 40 years in Denmark. Im 1948, Juhl work spotted by the American Edgar Kaufman Jr. wrote a long article in which the leading Interiors magazine. This was the start of a glorious Career for Juhl in America, where he was refrigerators designed for General Electric. He was the one who introduces the term Danish modern Danish design which was a commonly accepted notion in the united states.
