Chipotle Tilapia fish taco's with a cilantro, and mango chutney, with a chipotle aioli, served with black beans and rice. I used to make this dish at my last place of employment. They were always a sell out, and never made it to dinner service. I guess you could say they were a lunch special, and they are delicious! VERY GOOD RECIPE :)
