The difference between what is ‘contributing greed’ and the ‘exploitative greed’ the tiny honey bees in the garden know better than man and hence the corporate world must learn the same from these tiny insects.  The manifestation of the greed of certain people has its reason and origin from evolution. 

 

If the abnormal greed is not there in honey bees,Corporate bosses must learn from honey bees Articles half of the plant communities would have died by now.  The message is although subtle but indeed sublime.  Most of the fruit plants are pollinated by different species of honey bees.   The pollination is although a passive event, the continuous movement of honey bees from one flower to the other to gather nectar only causes the pollination.

 

Honey bees move from flower to flower for nectar.  The small bees definitely will be requiring only small quantity of nectar for its living.  But it never settles its effort ‘just for its living’.  The abysmal need and greed for nectar only drives the honey bees to go on collecting the nectar from one flower after the other.  Perhaps, the nature would not have allowed the honey bees to get satisfied easily.  Imagine, if the honey bees get satisfied with the nectar from one or two flower means, it would never visit other flowers and the pollination itself may not happen.  When the plants depend on honey bees for such an important job, the bees have to have the endless need and greed.

 

You call it ‘need’ or ‘greed’ or ‘passion’ or ‘restlessness’, remember, they are not your creation but are the congenital traits.  Your greed and need must be contributory in nature and not consuming or exploitative.  When it is contributory in nature, it creates small tributaries where many would find their life and existence possible.  If it were consuming type, the greed and need would cause only starvation, over exploitation and imminent death. 

 

The endless greed and need of honey bees only contribute to the survival of many plants in nature.  Look at the role of the bees carefully.  Only many flowers could meet the ‘total’ nectar need of a bee, but a single bee pollinates many flowers.   Bees are not even measuring how much benefit they contribute to plants.  Nor do they scrutinize the balance sheet to know as how many flowers of a plant they pollinate and why no single flower is meeting their total nectar need. 

 

Being greedy or having an endless passion and working for it is nice.  But one should learn to make it in a contributory manner than consuming or exploiting.  That is how honey bees are placed in nature.   Nature has although created or engineered an error in some animals, the example being the endless greed in honey bees, nature has done it only by keeping the total welfare of different life forms in mind and nothing else. 

 

‘More’ pollination means more seeds, it means more plants.  ‘More’ plants will produce ‘more flowers’ and ‘more flowers’ only can meet the ‘more nectar’ need of the honey bees. 

 

I am here in nature because of you and you are here in nature because of me.  This should be the base of boss-subordinate ecosystem.  The endless passion or demand of the boss for result should be contributory to the subordinate and it should not be exploitative or sickening. 

 

The beauty of creation is not it had just applied the management tenets, but science, philosophy and spirituality, all of them have guided the evolution.    Let the wisdom guide your greed and need and not jealous & enmity.
