It is a very popularly used and said word in most corporate that only ‘right choice/right people will bring right result’.  What is the meaning of right choice/right people and ‘right result’?  If one look at the nature,It is not the honey bees but the nectar makes the difference to the honey, so what for corporate Articles one can see the real meaning of the above phrase.

Look at the variety of honeys available in nature.  They differ in taste, colour and flavour.  Interestingly, the species of honey bee may be same and so is the process involved in the conversion of nectar into honey.  Then why there is so much of difference or variety in the honey?

How when the same honey bee and the same process result in different tasting honeys? The question has a deep insight for the corporate.  Same talents and same process or different talents and same process will never yield same result.  It is not the person or the process that produce concordant result, only the right choice of wisdom or knowledge or experience can produce the desired or expected result.

The process can be the same and so can be the bees but when the sources of nectar (flowers) differ, property of the honey changes.    For example, the nectar gathered from avocado flowers would give different honey when compared the nectar of other flowers.  The process can be the same and the bees can also be the same.

The important lesson to be learned by all corporate leaders is that by just following the same process they never get the desired result.  Only when they exert the right choice of wisdom, the continuity of the desired result can be achieved.

Most corporate by taking an example of some process and what results would have been achieved by them in past, continue to follow the same with same expectation of the result.  They by and large miss out the wisdom required for the result.

Another dimension the nature has for corporate world is the importance of having the right people for the right result.

Look at the variety or sub species within the same species.  Let us take the example of mango fruits.  How many varieties of mango fruits one can find.  If someone wants a particular type of mango fruits, they have to plant the right mango variant that produces the above fruit.  Only the right candidate tree would offer an answer to the right need.

The processed oriented people in the corporate must know that only with wisdom they can make some meaning and relevance to the ‘so called the processes and can achieve the desired result.

Learn the importance of right choice and right people for the right job.  A wrong choice only will breed wrong result.
