Management of worries in corporate is a big problem as the worry and hope are two interdependent factors.......

Do ‘worries’ and ‘hope’ go together?  Hope cause worries or worries cause hope?  Do they compliment each other or fight and contradict with each other?

Do worries and hope are subjective or absolute?  Often these thoughts or questions may boggle the mind of most corporate employees.   It is very simple to understand and practice as how to be free from worries than what is thought to be very intricate and confusing.

It is a general belief that worries are sign of hopelessness and hope is the sign of worry free mind.  Definitely,Only with hope, worries can be managed in corporate Articles we cannot separate ‘worry’ from hope or vice versa.

Worry and hope are like ‘Siamese twins’ or ‘conjoined twins’.  No surgeon would have ever perfected his/her skills and or succeeded in separating the twins such as worries and hope.  The question is, are they subjective or absolute?

This can be understood better with an example.  Let us assume that a lady had lost her costliest diamond necklace.  The cost of the necklace is about several thousands of dollars.  On deep recollection she realized that she would have lost the jewelry in a particular room in her apartment as until she enters the room she could strongly remember to have her necklace in her neck.

Naturally she will be worried; in fact she would have even gone mad.  But interestingly, as the area of her worries increases or decreases, so does the circumferences of the hope.  Definitely she knows that she had to search her necklace only in the particular room.  Since she knows where she would have lost the same, naturally the boundary line of her worries are definitely going to be hope only.

Let us assume that the situation were different.  The lady had lost her necklace somewhere but she does not remember where she has lost it.  Her worries are expected to be much bigger than the previous situation.  Naturally the hope is also likely to be farther away than near in this case.

It is not just the loss of a very costly necklace alone had contributed to her worries; her knowledge about where the necklace was lost only had contributed heavily to the worries.

When the hope is near, the worries will be very acute and when the hope is far away, the worries become chronic.   In other words, the situations only define acute and chronic worries.

Failure of an acute hope can shatter a person whereas the chronic hope itself will progressively shatter its owner.

How such situations can be dealt with?  How the corporate employees can handle such situation.

Only option they have is to keep the ‘hope’ in the centre and let the worries be at the periphery.  To develop hope, one needs to build knowledge, confidence, certainty and above all awareness, awareness about the loss or gain, situations and consequences.

Worries cannot be eliminated nor can be minimized.  But it can be smartly managed.  Keep the worries as outer ring and hope at the centre.  To keep the worries away, expand the vista of hope.  Let your hope expand not your worries.

The worries of animals are appears to be sudden and spontaneous.  They always hold onto continuous hope.  Since the space for hope in animal world is large, they appear to suffer less from undue worries like human being.
