Can a life possible without competition?  Is there any species that could exist on earth without having faced any competition in its life?  Every stage,Result of competition in corporate and in nature Articles every phase and every effort, there is competition.

Whether it is for existence or for survival, competition becomes an integral part of every life, be it a microbe or giant whale in the ocean.

The discussion is not about competition but about how should it be and what should be the end result or the outcome.  This learning is very important especially to all the corporate as both the corporate and its employees always compete and have to compete to survive.

To know more about how the competition should be or what should be its impact or implication in its ecosystem, one need to admire and appreciate the variety and veracity of flowers produced by different plants in the nature.

How many brilliantly coloured flowers with indescribable shapes, size, beautiful petal arrangements etc., can be seen in nature?    Can any one so easily sum up the floral diversity in the world?

More interesting fact is the existence of diversity in the floral world among plants of same species, the best example being rose flower or hibiscus or jasmine.   Why the rose plants produce rose flowers that are diversely coloured, different shapes and size?  Was it to beautify the nature or our garden?  Or is it the case where the rose plants want our garland or bouquet to look too pretty and beautiful hence it produces variety of rose flowers?

Are plants so selfless and very much concerned about man and his needs of having multi various flowers?

The simple truth is that the different race (sub-species) of rose plants wants to look different in its ecosystem.  Only when it looks different, it can attract the pollinators and the very pollination event itself could happen.  The genesis of such essentiality is nothing but competition.   Only the competition alone would have made different plants and plants belong to the same species (race) to flower differently & diversely.   The consequence of such competition is beauty in diversity, richness in diversity and diverse selection possibility.

Corporate employees should not try to build the logic of not having any competition in its ecosystem or how to minimize competition.  Result or outcome and significance of such competition only should be defined or understood.   The result of competition should add beauty, diversity, value and merit to the corporate ecosystem and not politics & favouritism, treachery & opportunism, division & groupism and sycophancy & gossip.  If this essential is understood by the corporate, they would encourage competition instead of discouraging it.

Corporate leaders and the HR must be very sensitive and vigilant in understanding the nature only then they can inculcate right culture in the organization.
