When it comes to choosing a camera phone these days users are spoilt for choice. Whilst many Smartphones have incorporated digital cameras which had broken the 8 mega pixel mark, Nokia has released the N8, a feature rich Smartphone which comes with a stunning 12 mega pixel digital camera.

The Nokia N8 comes with an impressive 3.5 inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen.  Boasting the ability to display up to 16M colours within a pixel resolution of 360x 640, it’s certainly features high levels of display quality and clarity.  Coupled with its built in accelerometer sensor, this makes it ideal for viewing photos and video files due to the ability to watch in both portrait and landscape forms dependent upon the orientation of the handset itself.

In terms of entertainment features, users will not be disappointed with the Nokia N8.  The versatile internal media player supports just about every music and video file format you could think of, whilst there are also a number of pre-installed games with further downloadable games if required, and a stereo FM radio player with RDS.  To enjoy media files from the phone on a TV there is the ability to use an HDMI cable to connect the phone to a TV so you can watch high definition video which you have shot using the camera on the phone.

The Nokia N8 is relatively compact given its long list of features and is very pocket friendly at just 135 g.  It is available in a number of different colour variants including dark grey, silver white, green, blue and orange.  Therefore a colour to suit most tastes is available meaning the Nokia N8 also doubles up as a fashion statement in mobile phone form.
