1.    Work your bigger muscles first (squats, chin ups etc.) before your smaller muscles. (bicep curls, tricep push downs, calf exercises etc.)

2.    Focus on the form and muscle contraction of each exercise to ensure you are working the intended muscles with little assistance from the others. Mind body connection will get you the best results.
