No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake - A Perfect Ending to the Perfect Meal

Company's coming and you're not even close to being ready. You need a dessert but you don't want to heat up the oven. No problem. Make this No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake instead.

Dinner is under control but you still need to be super homemaker and come up with a winning dessert - one that preferably won't require a lot of time to prepare. You already know which dessert you're going to make. Microwave directions make sure this is quick and easy. It's a given that most people like chocolate so we know it's sure to please. And that fact that it's made in the microwave oven makes sure that clean up is a breeze.

For this smooth & creamy treat you will need:

1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8oz) Package cream cheese,No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake - A Perfect Ending to the Perfect Meal Articles softened
1 (3oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup butter or margarine
2 Cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 8" Packaged graham cracker crumb crust

Microwave Directions:

Place chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl and microwave on high 1 & 1/2 - 2 minutes or until chips are melted and creamy when stirred. Set aside and cool.

In a larger bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and butter on slow speed until smooth. Add in the cooled chocolate. Fold in the non-dairy whipped topping just until blended. Do not over-stir. Pour into prepared pie crust, cover and chill.
