Breast Augmentation - Is Bigger Better?

For women, there are two main reasons to get breast augmentation. The first reason is that you have had a tissue removed, your breasts never developed or something happened and you want to fix the cosmetics. The second reason is because you just don't like the way you look. They may be too small, too flat, too saggy or too flat. Although there is no medical condition you just don't like to way your breasts look and want to fix them. Both reasons have significant purpose to the woman who wants to make the change in her appearance but some may say that one reason holds a more valid reason for taking the plunge. If you have endured a mastectomy or breast removal you have been though a big ordeal already. Having breast augmentation may help you to feel whole again and help the healing process emotionally that comes with such an experience. If you have any medical reason, due to deformation or removal of your breasts than breast implants can be a healthy option to boost your self esteem. Getting breast augmentation is a cosmetic surgery but in today's society breasts are a huge (or small for some) part of being a woman and you may not feel like a true woman without them. Most people would agree that these types of reasons are the perfect reasons to have breast augmentation surgery. You are fixing your body as well as helping to heal your mind from a bad experience. The second reason may not hold much credibility with the general public. Most women who get breast implants to have huge breasts want one thing. Attention. Does a woman pay for expensive, new implants to keep them hidden away? No! She's going to flaunt them and show them off because she's proud of what she is done to herself. This will bring her all the attention she's always craved but for all the wrong reasons. Breast implants should be taken seriously and used when appropriately for the above mentioned reasons but this is not the case what so ever in our society. Big chests are idolized and therefore sought after so we have women with huge, fake looking busts walking the streets. The worst part about that is that they paid to look like that. It is a sad day indeed when a woman feels such low self esteem that she needs to pay only to change something about herself that was 100%. Although breast implants can serve a valuable purpose that is not the primary reason they are used.
