I have taken the time to make a full analysis of the YTB Travel compensation plan, and have come up with some serious flaws in it. If you are looking at this as a home-based business opportunity, you owe it to yourself to check out why this company may not be for you.

His perspectives are clearly and delightfully different.  Best I can tell,My YTB Travel Business/Comp Plan Analysis Articles anyone interested in "reliable, long-term, leveraged RESIDUAL income" should read this ASAP:  http://global.infusionsoft.com/go/7ds/bithevn/.  This is a free 7-day 7 Insider Secrets Seminar to tell you the whole inside truth about Network Marketing, and what the “heavy hitters” and top companies neglected to tell you, among other things that you have never been told before. I’ve had a chance to analyze YTB Travel based on an an book that he has written (you can get a copy of this book at http://global.infusionsoft.com/go/ytb/bithevn/), and my analysis is quite surprising.  I learned a lot from this book.After reading this e-book, I’ve had to look objectively at the YTB Travel business concept, and though it has its great strengths, there are also some very deep flaws.  These “critical success factors” that I based my research on have showed me where YTB Travel has failed themselves and their distributors.Lou teaches 12 “critical success” factors that must be in place for “reliable, long-term, leveraged RESIDUAL income”, here are some of them that he touches on in his book:Unique consumable products:  A company does not offer "consumable" products if all it is that you are receiving one-time commissions from is by signing up reps & receiving a small monthly residual for the opportunity to use their website.Competitive pricing:  It's going to be difficult to compete against the likes of Travelocity & Expedia.  The market is so highly competitive, and the commissions in the industry are almost non-existent.  This is “thanks in part” to the elimination of travel agent commissions by the airlines.  The only way the travel agents are still making any money is by enticing the clients into “one-time upgrade offers”.Low entry fee:  The cost to become a RTA with YTB Travel nearly "blew me out of my chair".  The cost of $500 to get started in YTB Travel is staggering, and one of the highest startup fees that I've seen in the industry, for what they have to offer their distributors.  The value that they offer is negligible for that price.Timing vs. trends: The IATA (International Association of Travel Agents) has cancelled Travel Agent accreditation of YTB and three other U.S. travel agencies for violating accreditation standards forbidding the "improper lending, subcontracting or hiring to a third party of an IATA numeric code by agencies."Legal, fair, balanced compensation plan:  In my experience in MLM, a company that offers any form of "Matching Bonus" only does this to mask unmistakable flaws (and ones that they even see) in their compensation plan.  It is commonplace in the industry.  I've seen it many times when analyzing a company's compensation plan.  It's also a "slap in the face" to the distributors when a company pays less than 5% commissions on a monthly product purchase does not give one a "long-term, leveraged residual income".  That just means you must have a "small army" of distributors in your organization just to make a medium-sized paycheck.  Definitely not one can make a living from!It sure opened my eyes to some things I never thought of.  I hope this will be been as enlightening to you as it was to me.  Read Lou’s special report at http://global.infusionsoft.com/go/7ds/bithevn/.I hope that you don't think that I was "ripping on" YTB Travel in any way.  I just wanted to give my objective analysis on the company.  Let me know what you think.
