If your relationship is lacking in the passion department and you are looking to add a little “spice” with your partner,Relationship Rescue…Time to Spice Things Up! Articles there are some surefire ways to do that. A relationship rescue can always be done if both you and your partner put forth the effort and the desire to make your relationship work. Often times in a relationship, “life” tends to get in the way whether it is a long and tiring day at work or if the kids are driving you nuts, or if you are just plain exhausted. Any of those reasons combined can cause that spark that you once had to be extinguished. But, fear not because by simply doing a few things, you will be well on your way to igniting that flame once again with your partner!

Step One: Our On the Romance!

Nothing rescues a relationship more than with a little romance. It could be something as simple as a sweet love note stuck in your partner’s briefcase, or a beautiful bouquet of red roses delivered to your home. If your kids take up a lot of your time, try and arrange a special weekend away, just the two of you. Getting back in touch with one another can re-energize your relationship and help to get you back in focus with one another, even if it is for only a couple of days. Try and do this once every few months. These mini-vacations do not have to be extravagant and expensive (although, it certainly can be!). A simple night or two in a nice, local hotel can be all you need to ignite that passion once again.

Step Two: Make it a Date!

Do you remember back when you are your significant other were first dating? Do you remember the excitement and thrill of being with them, holding their hands and having deep, intimate discussions over dinner? Often times, the fire has died down when a couple have been together for a long time. Do yourself and your partner a favor and bring back date night!  You would be surprised how a simple dinner at a quiet restaurant can get you interested in the other person again. Make a rule not to talk about work or the kids, but instead talk about things that you would like to do in the future or how you are feeling about certain things in your life. Make sure to be a good listener and be very receptive to what your partner is trying to tell you.

Step Three: Housework for Sex?

If you have children and your wife has stayed home with them and deemed herself a stay-at-home mom, don’t think she has it easy! She is doing a tireless job without getting paid for it and sometimes it can get overwhelming and monotonous and will most likely leave her exhausted by the end of the day, which leaves you out of luck in the “getting lucky” department. A surefire way to have a relationship rescue is to say these simple words: “Honey, what can I help you with?”. You would be surprised how helping around the house can be the best foreplay for a woman. By doing a few simple chores around the house means less for your wife to do which in turn, leaves her less exhausted, which then turns into more passion for you later on! So, your wife gets a clean house and you get lucky! It’s a win-win situation!
