In my previous articles I have discussed some of the most popular uses for the digital textiles.

The textiles can be used in many applications and each of them is suitable for particular situations. In this article I am going to discuss the different types of printing machines available in the market. Firstly,Digital Textile Printing Machine for Creating Fabrics Articles we will be discussing about dye sublimation printer. Secondly we are going to discuss about thermoplastics, photo electric and thermal printers. After reading the article you should be able to understand the different printing machines and what they do.

If you want a commercial machine, you can consider using a Colorjet fabric printing machine. It can create textiles in bulk and it has good resolutions. In general, digital textile printing over polyester results in a bit lower prints than printing using disperse inks. However, in this case an acceptable trade off for longevity is made. For industrial use, high resolution will be required. If you are using the machine for mass textile printing the printouts produced will not be very low resolution.

Dye sublimation printers are capable of producing really low resolution prints. In this case, the cost per unit is higher as compared to other methods. Another benefit offered by the dye sublimation is that you can use a natural fiber along with the ink. But for the short term, it would be better to use polyester based dyes for your applications in the fashion industry.

Polyester based dyes are cheaper than natural fibers, but they are not as durable as the latter. They tend to fade faster and they tend to get easily smeared. For this reason, polyester inks are not recommended for short term applications like clothing and the like. A digital textile printing machine is best suited for long term application. So if you need something for the wardrobe, go for the digital textile printer and not the one for polyester garments.

Another popular option is the digital printer that uses heat to fuse the fabric onto paper. This is cheaper than the other options as well. The only problem with the heat fused paper is that the colors tend to fade with time and it is not very durable. Bleaching is also possible using the polyamide Lycra printing fabric.

The process works in such a way that the dye is applied on the surface of the garment before the final printing process. Afterward, the garment is run through a fusing station. This process helps to ensure that the colors do not fade away with time. However, for high-quality designs you may have to send them to a printing house. Either way, the digital textile printing machine can help you create a variety of high-quality designs in different colors, shapes and styles.

The fiber print heads used for digital textile printing clothes are usually roller-based ones. They are very similar to the dot less ones. However, these print heads allow you to produce much more textiles with limited runs. The fabric is then put on a frame which has numerous cloth centers that are connected to each other. These cloth centers form the base of the shirt or blouse.

The digital textile printing machines can also be used to make baby clothes and curtains. You need to be very careful while choosing the fabric for making these clothes. This is because the fibers from baby diapers are very delicate and can get damaged easily. Only the best quality fabrics should be used to make these clothes. The colors can also be varied depending on what the customer requires.
