This happened while I was on my Bike trip across the 4 states,Traveling Experience of my life Articles from Chennai till my home.

So when I was around 100 kms away from Vizag (Vishakhapatnam), I came across these two guys on the highway. One of them was in a Royal Enfield classic 320 and the other one was in the new Bajaj pulsar (the one that looks like a bumblebee from the front). So they both had better machines under their ass than me. They saw me all geared up and packed and here is what they did- they both overtook me from behind at great speeds and also from a very close distance. From everything it looked like a tease to me.

There is this thing about riders.. We can't stand anyone overtaking us on the highway.

But I kept my cool and held my horses and told myself to let it go as it wasn't my race to run. I was coming from a long way and had to go a long way still. So I continued at my pace.

Then after a while they took a pause, came behind me and then once again did the same thing. This time I was furious and I was like fuck it. U want to race so lets race..

I knew that the city was coming close and the traffic would get real tight there and that's where I'll beat them.

And in the very next traffic circle when things got a little too tight for those cozy birds to fly I left them a kilometer behind me !

See, you don't mess with a guy who has practiced all his rash driving skills on *#‎GST road at *#‎Chennai itself!

All the scars on my body dint just come from heaven after all .

So after I won my crownless victory in that race. I was all happy about it and was patting my own back for that victory.. It felt good on the inside to be honest. So I stopped at the next local coffee shop for some coffee and to light a fag! A nice ending to this story right..? But no, I wouldn't be sharing this with everyone if it was just that much. Here is what happened next..

They both saw me there at that coffee stall and they too stopped there. Now honestly I wasn't expecting a conversation after our silent battle where I crushed their egos. But they came forward and initiated a conversation and asked me about where I was going and coming from and everything. We had a good conversation and then they wished me all the luck for the rest of the trip and even said "welcome to vizag". That was a really good gesture from two strangers and I wasn't expecting that at all.

Now here is the moral of the story..

In our world of riders.. There are no strangers.. There are only friends that we haven't met smile emoticon

Right guys?

And wait there is a P.S. too tongue emoticon

Soo,

P.S. - It's not about how fast your bike goes from 0 to 100. Its all about how long u can sustain at that 100.
