With these materials, you can surely stay in front of your customers and prospects for a long time.

4. Have your business cards handy. The business cards are actually the most indispensable tool. Even if the market changes, these cards remain an important tool every business should have. Always have your cards with your all the time, so anytime and anywhere you meet potential customers you can easily hand out your card. Make sure the design of your cards is impressive and creative. Avoid using fancy fonts or unimpressive colors as this won’t help make your cards look legible. Just stick with a simple design that is compelling and interesting.

5. Join networking activities. Be sure to join meetings or events that will help you get contacts. Be sure to have your business with you. You can even offer free services or items which will capture the interest of your target customers. You can also create impressiver postcards which you can hand out during the events. These materials will surely get you in front of your prospect’s mind and get them to call you in order to learn more about your business.

6. Create a mailing list and send them email or post cards. Email doesn’t cost anything and post cards can be created at exceptionally low cost. Work with a good mailing list so you get to achieve good response. Make sure the names in the list are updated and they are people who fit your demographics; otherwise, they will simply disregard your email or card. It would be best if you can include coupons or incentives in your email or post cards to generate immediate response.
