The following terms and conditions govern all use of the ArticlesFactory.com website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website. Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time by ArticlesFactory LLC.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use any of our services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by ArticlesFactory LLC, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Our Services are not directed to children younger than 18, and access and use of our Services is only offered to users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years old, please do not register to use our Services. Any person who registers as a user or provides their personal information to our Services represents that they are 18 years of age or older.

Reprinting and Redistributing Rights

Any article may be reprinted and distributed with no charge in your ezine, on your website, or in your print newsletter provided

  1. You include the article in its entirety, unchanged (website links should be in clickable hyperlinked format)
  2. Byline, author's statement of copyright and signature must remain intact
  3. You notify Articles Factory of intent to publish and send a courtesy copy or link
  4. Article source should be indicated as: Source: Free Guest Posting Articles from ArticlesFactory.com

Submission

Submission Guidelines

  • Minimum of 20 characters in title
  • Minimum of 100 characters in abstract
  • Minimum of 500 words in content
  • Maximum of 3 outbound links

Content

  • By submission of your article, you confirm that you are the copyright holder or you can use that content
  • By submission of your article, you agree that it does not infringe on copyright
  • All rights belong to copyright holders
  • We reserve the right to remove any submission that infringes the copyright of any person. We have adopted and reasonably implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of repeat infringes
  • Submissions must be unique, well organized, and of high quality
  • Submissions must be family-friendly. We reserve the right to reject content deemed offensive or inappropriate for our broad audience

Content Links

  • We are checking every external link availability every 10 days. In case if external link return HTTP Status returns status code 400 or higher - link will be permanently removed

Rejection and Suspension

Your article could be rejected, and your account could be immediately suspended if:

  • You are submitting a spammy article
  • You are submitting an AI generated non sense articles
  • You are submitting an AI generated boilerplate articles
  • You are submitting the same article (duplicated) to multiple categories, our or our partners websites

Your article could be rejected if:

  • You are submitting a not family-friendly content. See Content restrictions
  • You are submitting a not unique article which is already published in the internet and indexed by search engines. At least 85% of the article content have to be unique. We are partnering with https://www.copyscape.com for preventing of plagiarism, so it's highly recommended to check your article via Copyscape Plagiarism check before submitting it to Articles Factory
  • You are spamming your article with too many external links

Your account will be suspended if:

  • You, as a Buyer, got rejected 3 articles during last 30 days
  • You, as a Publisher, attempted to contact Buyers outside the Articles Factory platform.

Appealing of the Rejection or Suspension

If you strongly believe that the decision to reject your article or suspend your account was unfair, or there were mistake in the review process, then as the author you have the right to appeal. Please use our Contact Us form for contacting us.

Account Balance After Suspension

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to withdraw funds or make transfers. You will not be able to make scheduled withdraw also.

Content restrictions

Sexual content

Is content that:

  • contains nudity
  • is sexually gratifying, sexually suggestive and/or intended to cause sexual arousal.
    Examples: Close-ups of breasts, buttocks, or crotches, sheer or see-through clothing, sexual body parts that are blurred, or censored images of men or women posing and/or undressing in a seductive manner

Shocking content

Is content that:

  • contains gruesome, graphic, or disgusting accounts or imagery.
    Examples: Blood, guts, gore, sexual fluids, human or animal waste, crime scene or accident photos
  • depicts acts of violence.
    Examples: Accounts or images of shootings, explosions, or bombings; execution videos
  • contains a significant amount of or prominently features obscene or profane language.
    Examples: Swear or curse words, variations and misspellings of profane language

Explosives

Is content that:

  • promotes the sale of products that are designed to explode and could cause damage to nearby people or property.
    Examples: Nail bombs, chemical bombs, grenades, firecrackers, or any fireworks that explode
  • contains instructions about the assembly, enhancement or acquisition of explosive items.
    Examples: Bomb-making guides; software or equipment intended for the 3D printing of parts of grenades, bombs, or other explosive devices

Guns, gun parts, and related products

Is content that:

  • promotes the sale of firearms or sporting or recreational guns that can cause serious harm if misused, or that appear to be real guns.
    Examples: Handguns, rifles, shotguns, hunting guns, functioning antique guns, airsoft guns, paintball guns, BB guns, 3D-printed guns
  • promotes the sale of any firearm-related part, component or equipment whether finished or unfinished, that's essential to or enhances the functionality of a firearm.
    Examples: Ammunition, ammunition clips, silencers, tripods and bipods for guns, stocks, conversion kits, gun-grips, scopes and sights, bump stocks
  • contains instructions on the assembly or enhancement of the functionality of firearms

Other weapons

Is content that:

  • promotes the sale of other weapons that are designed or promoted as products that can be used to injure an opponent in sport, self-defense, or combat.
    Examples: Throwing stars, tasers, brass knuckles, pepper spray
  • promotes the sale of knives designed to provide a confrontational advantage (including a disguised appearance or assisted-opening mechanism).

Tobacco

Is content that:

Is content that:

Is content that:

  • promotes the sale of unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements.
    Examples: All items on this non-exhaustive list of unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements; products that contain Ephedra; herbal and dietary supplements with active pharmaceutical or dangerous ingredients; products with names that are confusingly similar to an unapproved pharmaceutical, supplement, or controlled substance

Submission Cost

There are several submission options are available:

  • 50 credit - guest post with up to 3 nofollow links
  • 70 credits - guest post with 1 dofollow and 2 nofollow links
  • 85 credits - guest post with 2 dofollow and 1 nofollow links
  • 100 credits - guest post with 3 dofollow links

Furthermore, since Articles Factory offers marketplace services, Buyers who wish to publish guest posts are given the option to choose from a range of Partner websites and purchase a guest post publication there. The cost of this publication may vary and is dependent on specific website metrics and parameters, such as DA/DR, monthly traffic, and so on.

Note: time after time you can see a promotion on our site, while you are allowed to submit your articles for a discounted amount of credits

Purchase of Credits

Credits are available for purchase while number of credits during a purchase depends on spending amount:

  • 25 credits price is $25
  • 50 credits price is $50
  • 500 credits price is $500
  • 1500 credits price is $1500

Note: The minimum allowed credit purchase is 25

Terms and Conditions for Publishers

  • The Publisher agrees to compile a list of websites on which they are authorized to publish guest posts
  • The Publisher is responsible for setting prices for publication offers for guest posts with nofollow or dofollow links
  • The Publisher is required to provide a Money Back and Link Replacement Policy
  • The selection of a publication offer may be based on various metrics, including but not limited to the publication price, average turnaround time, average number of links that remain online after publication, and Money Back and Link Replacement Policies
  • Any disputes between the parties will be resolved by Articles Factory support according to the guidelines
  • Upon completion of the task and passing all necessary quality checks, payment will be transferred to the Publisher's account balance. Depending on the set Money Back Policy, payment for task completion may be put on hold until the On Hold period expires. Once the On Hold period expires, payment for the completed task will be available for withdrawal
  • The correct PayPal email must be provided by the Publisher when making a Withdrawal Request
  • Prior to presenting any publication offers to Articles Factory clients, the Articles Factory service will add a markup on top of the prices provided by the Publisher. The Articles Factory markup depends on the Publisher Tier and is usually 20% of the price set by the Publisher, but not less than $10
