Any holiday can be celebrated by giving to others. You can take advantage of whatever season that it is by having seasonal promotional goodies to give out. Halloween can provide you with an excellent gift opportunity especially if you order some promotional suckers or other candy and food items to give out at trick or treat time.  Consider joining a community event that involves letting children trick or treat at your business.  This affords an extra opportunity to promote your business not only to the children, but to parents who will be checking through those candy bags.  And if you don't approve of giving sweet treats then consider some nice looking promotional toothbrushes for the after candy clean up.  Promotional Halloween gifts will get noticed.

Christmas is a good holiday to show people that you care. You can put some red and green ribbon on most anything and give it a holiday feel. I love the idea of stuffing promotional mugs and giving them to clients or special customers. You can get some nice tea or a small bag of decent coffee, put that and some chocolate, cookies, or candy canes inside it and then wrap it up in cellophane. When you tie it up with a bow it becomes a lovely gift.

Why not do something for Earth Day? You could actually stretch this out for a month to get people hyped up about the environment and your business. There are some really cool recycled promo items that you could give to customers. Maybe as a reward for purchasing one of your reusable promo bags.

The holidays give you a chance to liven things up in your store or restaurant. Everyone gets bored with the same old thing all the time. Your customers and employees will be grateful for the freshness of something new. You can have different promo items for different holidays and also have specials that coincide with these days too. Keep them guessing.
