The challenge is on. Would you choose e-brochures or print brochures?

Much has been said about the power of the Internet. It has been regarded by some as the portal to the development of a new society. It has revolutionized how we conduct our affairs and that includes how we do our business. From personal to business matters,Which is Which, E-Brochures or Print Brochures? Articles we have relied on the power of the internet to send e-cards to peers, order flowers for your sweetheart, or purchase a hard to find book for yourself. Yes, it has made life a lot more convenient.

Gone were the days when you would do everything yourself. Gone were the days when you would personally go to the bookshop to browse through their collections. Gone were the days when you have to smell and touch the flowers before making a purchase. Everything has become a little bit ah, well, impersonal.

Is this also the reason why businesses are re-thinking their decision to use e-brochures instead of the traditional print brochures? Well, let us see what has more advantages (or disadvantages).

First, print brochures are something you can touch and feel which the electronic variety does not have. This just means that with a print brochure, there is a bigger chance that your target clients would actually read the contents; whereas, if you send e-brochures, there is also a big chance that your e-brochures will be….trashed.

In the literal and figurative sense, your brochure printing has more 'weight' because it is something that is tangible or something that is real and solid. You could actually see and feel its texture. Hence, it can be kept for a long time unlike e-brochures, which is just a screen image.

Second, print brochures are designed to be more personal. They were designed and printed with the target clients in mind. It does not get more personal than that. Add to that the efforts of the company to design and negotiate with a brochure printing company.

Third, it is accessible. It goes directly to your hands while an electronic one gives you a circuitous route. If you want to get the number of the company that sent you an e-brochure, you have to have access to a computer first and then log in to your email account. Meanwhile, with printed brochures, all you have to do is reach for it. What can be more convenient than that?

Now, which do you think has the advantage?
