Lately,Creating An Attracting Abundance Habit Articles I’ve been focusing on creating habits in my life. I use high impact activities that move me towards my goals.

One of the habits I’ve recently ingrained is a morning ritual which includes a bunch of attracting abundance/manifestation work. Things like:

Basic goal clearing with EFT;

Deeper goal clearing (working with non-obvious aspects) using EFT (here’s a tutorial on EFT: http://attractingabundancehq.com/how-to-do-eft-a-video-tutorial/);

Small focussed meditation to get into a whole brain thinking state and communicate my desire from that state.

Now, these are the basic steps (give or take some) that I’ve always followed to manifesting anything I’ve desired. (for the full blueprint visit: http://attractingabundancehq.com/video-reveals-step-by-step-blueprint-for-attracting-anything-you-want/)

But…what’s different now, is that over the past 30 days or so I’ve made this into a daily habit – more like a ritual. So every morning without fail, I perform those drills.

Want to know how to create a new habit? Easy, here’s how.

First, write down the exact activity that you want to make a habit of. Write out as much detail as possible. So if you’re planning on making a habit out of early morning gym, you’ll want to write down where your gym clothes will be, where your running shoes will be etc. etc.

Next, write down your “on ramp” – this is the thing you do, just before the habit begins. So for early morning gym, it could be brushing your teeth. You brush your teeth, then begin the habit (get dressed etc.)

Now, make a commitment to doing that habit for the next 30 days.

Here’s another tip, make sure it’s really easy. Then build on that next month. So if you think you can 30 minutes of work in the gym, commit to 10, and only do 10 for the first month.

In terms of committing here’s the steps to doing that:

- Make it public that you are committing to this new activity. A great place would be a forum or blog where you have a presence. Make yourself accountable to others…and make yourself susceptible to disapproval if you don’t follow through.

- Setup a negative repercussion if you don’t do it on any day. I tend to ask my baby sister to check up on me…if I didn’t do it…she gets 100 bucks.

And that’s that. If you follow the advice closely, you’ll have a new healthy, happy habit in the next 30 days.

Oh…and if you’re looking for a great first habit to get down…I suggest this one, on attracting wealth.
