It is impossible for a photo on the computer to have the same exact color as the actual product, and the shade can actually vary from one computer to another. Clearly, most florists offer personalized customer service in person, while websites usually just offer convenience. If you have no questions or issues, and know exactly what you want, you may not need to talk to anyone in person. However, if you are unsure of how to order flowers and want some directions, heading to a florist near you is a good idea.
