All the bridesmaids also want to look as great as possible, regardless of the shape, the color or the fabric of their bridesmaid dresses. If you’ve been asked to be a bridesmaid, you might not have too much say as far as the dress or the hair, as that is for the bride to decide, but you certainly can do whatever is in your power to look as great as you can, you just have to start working on it sooner than the week of your wedding.

You might love the color of your bridesmaid dress or hate it, feel confident in the design or somewhat self conscious, but either way you can make an effort to look great on your friend’s big day. And it’s not only about a perfect make up or the right hair, but about an overall approach. So don’t wait, and start preparing as soon as you know what your bridesmaid dress is going to look like.

Not only your wedding day look but your general look will benefit from you taking a good care of your skin. Regular exfoliating and deep moisturizing, including not only quality lotions but also drinking plenty of water, will result in you having soft, radiant skin on the big day, so no matter how much or how little skin you’ll be showing in that bridesmaid dress, you’ll have the confidence to show it.

Just as your skin, your physique will be visible in the dress you’ll have to wear. It might be your shoulders in a strapless gown or your legs in a shorter design. To look good and feel good, as soon as the bride decides on the bridesmaid dresses, put yours on and not which areas of your body will be most exposed, so you can tone them up all the way through the wedding. Simply adjust your routine workout to focus on your target areas and exercise several times a week, and you’ll see the results when it’s time to put your dress on and step out in front of the wedding crowd.

Employ a good skin and workout routine from the moment you find out you’ll be a bridesmaid all the way through the wedding, and preferably well past it, and in the week leading up to the big day add a few extra touches to your beauty regime. A visit at a beauty salon to remove unwanted hair, get a firming massage, clear your face and get a lasting manicure and pedicure will boost your confidence and assure you’ll feel and look your best, just be sure not to wait to the day before, as you don’t want to be showing any red marks from your treatments.

The better you look the better you’ll feel, and the better you’ll feel about yourself the more confident you’ll be , making you able to walk and talk in front of all the guests, deal with different challenges the wedding might pose and support the bride all the way throughout the ceremony and the reception, fierce and fabulous at all times.
