Psychic art is perhaps not as well known as some other forms of psychic ability,Psychic Arts Articles but it is nonetheless a fascinating method in which psychic readers convey what they see, hear or feel. Some psychic readers are drawn to create images of spirits they are communicating with; while others will create paintings that have a deeper meaning to the person they were created for. Few psychic artists are naturally artists, the paintings or drawings they create are purely a result of their psychic communications.

Essentially, psychic readers will prepare for a reading as usual, through mediation, relaxation, or whichever way they choose to prepare. Sometimes they will feel compelled to create their drawings during a session; sometimes they will create the paintings or use whichever art form happens to be the case immediately after meeting/ speaking to the enquiring individual. The results can be quite stunning, and as a rule, psychic readers will be able to give some sort of explanation to go with the picture they have created.

Occasionally, a spirit will prompt psychic readers to create a sketch of themselves (the spirit), adding a few details with regards to who they were, or people they knew. It is then up to the reader to determine who the drawing/ message is meant for. Psychic art is never just art to hang up and look at. There is typically an underlying message for a specific individual. Every detail will have a meaning, and often specific colors are chosen to convey part of the message, bring healing through the particular healing properties of a color; assist in identifying the spirit sending the message, etc.

When psychic readers provide psychic art for clients, they are subsequently able to provide some sort of translation of the picture t the person as well. Occasionally, however, this may not be the case. There are times when a picture does not immediately make sense, or seems to be wrong altogether - at least to begin with. One psychic artist, for example, created a portrait of a gentleman for a client. Although the image meant nothing to this client, she liked it enough to hang it on the wall in her hallway.

Weeks later, a new neighbor this person's home for the first time and was amazed to find a picture of her father hanging in this stranger's house. The spirit world does move in mysterious ways, there is no doubt about it. As it stands, readers use psychic art to convey messages, identify spirits, show people who their spirit guides are and often psychic art is used within healing contexts. Whatever the use, psychic art is fascinating, and it certainly represents a very special psychic gift.
