Being Stressed over money is something we all suffer from time to time.  It is a part of every day life. In most cases it is over money.  Money problems can crush ones soul.  It builds a foundation of negativity and hopelessness which can also affect the people and relationships around you.  Often stress can lead to depression and some times fatality.  I my self have been there and thought of how easy it would be to just let go.  You can not let money defeat you.        What can I do?  Well first of all I would take a deep breath and think of your loved ones and how they care about you.  If you assume all is going to crash then the simple thought of your friends and family being there for you when it happens can feel very relieving.  I would call one of them right now and tell them how you feel and what is going on.  Get it off your chest and do not let the embarrassment of your problems hold you back.  Its awful enough to have a lot of stress but holding on to it for you to conquer alone can only make it worse.  I am sure your loved ones have been stressed over money to.  Maybe they have some good advice.        Think of a new plan a small one.  One you can afford.  If you have no way of paying certain bills. Then do not pay them.  Worry about the ones that  are most important with less consequences.  Lets face it if you can not afford to pay all your bills. That is the reality you are in.  You might have to make sacrifices and you might have to fall in the bad credit category.  So have bad credit do not beat your self over it.  You must remember that you can rebuild your credit.  Yes it might take some time but if you set a new plan and new budget you can work your way back up.  If you try to fix every thing at once as stressed as you are it is just going to get worse.  In order to feel good and get back on your feet.  You need to have some peace in your mind to get there.  I rather be driving a beater standing in the bad credit basket rather than pulling my hair out feeling hopeless.          Take the weight off your back and focus your energy on your kids or something you love to do.  Try to get that feeling of love back in your heart and your mind.  Love and peace knocks stress right out of the ballpark.  Try to find ways where money dose not rule how you think or feel.
