The first step involved the manufacture of petals for the flower using dies. In this step, the petals are also dyed appropriately and this is done from the edges inwards using either a paint brush or a cotton ball.

The second step adds more shapes and distinctive curves to the petals made of the flower. This is done by applying heat on the petals via mold. Afterward, the manufacturer uses wires to make the flower stiff. The wires are inserted by hand and fixed by the use of glue.

The third step involves the assembly of the petals and leaves of each artificial flower. Workers with great skills will be used by the manufacturer in this step. Within this step, wires are covered with either paper or a tape which is wax coated to enable it to stick easily. Once all the individual parts are assembled, the complete artificial flower is assembled.

Finally, the flower is wrapped and packed, and if there is an order it is shipped to the customer.
