Torches or flashlights can be either or the same. It all depends where you come from but let’s face it,WANT TO SEE AT NIGHT? Articles they both do the same job. Whether you are from America, Australia or England, all you want to do is see in the dark and that is what they do, provide a source of light. Now I am from Australia and for the time being it is a torch.

Being in dire need, I went torch shopping the other day and I came across the UltraFire A3 CREE Q5 Single mode Pocket LED Flashlight and it so impressed me that I have to tell some one about it.

The UltraFire A3 CREE Q5 Single mode Pocket LED Flashlight is the answer for any one who is in need of a torch at any time. The Ultra fire is small (3.78 in x .79 in), lightweight (1.83 Oz) and comes with a hand strap , so you can hang it the wall or on your belt or even carry it in your pocket. This feature makes it ideal for anyone that works in the dark or at night. Its size makes it easy to carry, and use. And no fumbles- the clicky, glow in-in-dark, on/off switch helps you here; its position on the tail cap means minimum chance of accidently turning the torch off at a critical moment. Because it is small, the unique design will help you to find the torch when ever you want it.

Being small does not mean dim because the UltraFire A3 CREE Q5 Single mode Pocket LED Flashlight  is rated at 100 lumen and that is the same amount of light you get from 100 birthday candles, which is plenty. The light is white, that's right, white not the yellow light that comes from most torches and the white light seems to give  better detail and a wider coverage. The light source comes from a LED or light emitting diode which somehow is brighter and more constant than its incandescent cousin. LED lighting is far more efficient than filament lighting which means that your batteries last longer than they otherwise would. A very small torch with a lot of brightness and the single AAA battery will keep you in continuous light for up to an hour and a half without dimming. If you want more, a spare AAA battery doesn't take up much space at all.

The hard anodising process used on the aluminum body together with the coated glass lens makes it tough as they come and you can be sure that it will withstand all the knocks and still come up shining. Anodising is a process used to put a very thin coating of an extremely durable substance on top of another in order to protect it from the ravages of the elements. The glass lens is toughened glass and is used rather than plastic which discolors and becomes brittle over time. The contoured shape of the UltraFire A3 CREE Q5 Single mode Pocket LED Flashlight lets it sit in your hand very easily and would be a welcome attraction to any fisherman messing about with slimy fish in wet conditions, or indeed with anyone who is working in not so dry conditions.

And its not only fishermen but farmers who have to go out at night to check on their birthing animals; campers finding their way to the latrine; plumbers trying to find a leaking pipe; a night watchman looking for some thing suspicious, in fact any one wanting to see in the dark will need a torch and it is easy to see why the UltraFire A3 CREE Q5 Single mode Pocket LED Flashlight is the pick of most people.
