In 2005 the Mar Menor resort was only a project, just 3 years later it is a dream come true.  With all of the resorts’ 750 properties handed over and the residents enjoying a world of services. Originally just a 9 hole golf course, Nicklaus design are now constructing a further 9 holes to make this a full 18 Hole challenge. Phase 2 of the residential properties has now been released around these additional holes.

La Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort covers an area of 1,555,129m with the central feature being the 18 hole golf course, designed by Nicklaus design, which is a par 72, measuring just over 7000yards from the championship tee.  According to the Nicklaus team, La Terrazas de la Torre course is expected to be one of the most challenging courses within the Polaris trail, should you look to this when thinking about buying property in Murcia.
