Is there a place for affiliate marketers today? Yes,Are Affiliates in Demand And Why? Articles there is a huge demand and need.. One of the challenges faced  by the  affiliate  industry is that it sometimes seems too easy : advertising that's guaranteed to work or it's free! Newcomers wonder what the catch is, and doubters claim that the cost effective prices of affiliate marketing lowers  the bar for other online advertising. Nevertheless there is a good reason that affiliate marketing has experienced on
growing growth throughout the turbulance and ups and downs of online advertising  simply—it works. And therefore this form of marketing has evolved to become an  in demand and  reliable source of advertising for a wide range of marketers.  One of the best examples of affiliate marketing is the successful and long established SFI business.

Affiliate marketing has evolved , grown, and changed from the  beginning . In the  early years  some saw it as the future of online advertising, while  others claimed it was the downfall of the medium. It's now a sophisticated and accepted channel that can generate anywhere from five to 25% of online sales for many of the world's biggest and best known brands.

There would be now almost no  major multi-channel marketer that would not have an affiliate program of some kind. And it is  important  to remember  that affiliate programs now come in a variety of  shapes and sizes. The idea of a wide-open affiliate program with an unlimited and uncontrollable number of affiliates is obsolete. Most marketers agree that affiliates add value to their  online advertising efforts, but the program must be tailored to  the marketer's objectives.

Affiliate marketing did not destroy other, higher priced forms of online media advertising.  The success of the affiliate market delivering sales cost effectively by way of a pay-for-performance model showed the way for other forms of performance-based advertising, such as CPA-based search and portal advertising, to create acceptance among direct marketers. Affiliate marketing has evolved ,grown,  and adapted, with affiliates and marketers becoming more knowledgeable and sophisticated and programs more integrated with other forms of online advertising.
