The new 2011 Nissan Quest will be introduced from Japan and available for sale from next year. It will be available with one-touch power sliding doors, an advanced climate control system, quick release fold-flat seats, and rear storage. The old model is redesigned considerably and will be introduced as 2011 model to compete with Honda Odyssey, Town & Country, and Toyota Sienna. This vehicle is developed based on the platform of Nissan flexible D on which Altima and Maxima sedans are also developed. This vehicle is featured with 200.8 inches of overall length and 118.1-inch wheelbase.
The most considerable feature added in this new model is the full surround privacy glass, chrome trim accents, black sash molding, and a low stance and muscular front end to give Quest a distinctive and dynamic appearance. The design of this vehicle is also most wind-efficient, with a 0.32 CD for the Quest S model.
Power-train and Other Info
For 2011, Nissan Quest is powered by a 3.5-liter V-6 engine. By this the minivan gets a power of about 236 pound-feet of torque and 253 horsepower. One more advanced feature, which is added for this year is the Nissan’s advanced Xtronic CVT.
Coming to interior, the vehicle is designed for eight people with a long list of comfort storage features. On premium models, the driver’s seat has no less than 8-powered adjustments, and is connected by other pluses such as a hard-drive based navigation system and a Bose premium sound system.
