Many times, the tiredness mixed with everyday happenings can make for feelings of frustration. So, some workers may begin to take it out on one another. When this occurs, the best thing would be for the people involved to work to come to a resolution as quickly as possible. If not, things could escalate into something that could have been easily avoided. Although this is the most feasible solution, things don't always happen that way, especially when there's no true camaraderie amongst the group.

Therefore, in this particular case, you could help to build a connection between your auto repair shop staff members by scheduling events outside of the job where you along with your staff members can connect on a more personal level. This doesn't mean that you all have to sit around and tell your life stories. However, you can do things like go out to a karaoke night once a month. You could also schedule a monthly potluck. It can take place at someone's home or in the break room at work. Just do whatever best suits everyone. These types of activities will allow people to connect in a way that doesn't necessarily have to do with work.

One of the most important elements in a workplace is the relationship between workers and staff members. Because they are essentially working together to produce a positive outcome, it is imperative that everyone does their best to get along. However, this becomes difficult when they aren't really given the opportunity to really connect. So, it doesn't matter if a group of people consists of teachers, nurses or auto repair shop workers; in order for them to be a successful team, they must form a connection.
