If a jeep dealer has been around for a decent length of time, it shouldn't be hard to find some reviews. If you look online for these reviews, keep in mind that people are much more likely to rant about a bad experience than they are to rave about a good or moderate one. People feel entitled for the most part, and they see excellent service as something that should be taken for granted. Therefore, they see no reason to fire up a review unless something exceptional has occurred. More often than not, this exceptionality is something negative.
