When used in conjunction with a mobile phone,Scala Rider Headsets Reviewed Articles bluetooth headsets allow you to talk to people all over the world. In short, this technology is aimed at ensuring that you are always able to keep in touch, wherever you are.

The Scala Rider has a neat, compact design. It has been designed in such a way as to fit both open face and closed face helmets, thus giving a good degree of flexibility.

We found that it was easy to fit and also seemed well protected against poor weather conditions. This is important, as there's little point spending money on such a piece of kit if it's not built to last.

Sound quality varied slightly, though that may well have been dependent on users at the other end of the line. It seems likely that it may be harder to hear other callers using mobile phones than those using landlines, for example.

One of the best aspects of the technology is that it automatically alters the volume of the speakers, taking into account the speed of your vehicle and the noise level. This is undoubtedly a clever piece of kit.

We tried listening to a call from the receiving end of the line and found the quality to be surprisingly good. It was hard to tell that we were talking to someone who was on the move. This suggests that the Scala Rider could be used as a solution for business users too.

There are, of course, other bluetooth helmet solutions on the market. Some of those have additional features that the Scale Rider cannot boast, such as the ability to play MP3's while you are riding.

Despite this, the Scale Rider headset does offer good value for money. Prices will probably fall in coming months too, so this could be a good bargain, or a fine gift for a motorcycle enthusiast.
