Promotion of CWI Medical Staff MembersAs CWI Medical embarks upon this year, with new and challenging goals set in motion, we are evolving our corporate culture…how we relate to our customers, and how we relate to each other as a team. Several well-deserved changes have been made among our staff. Shirley Lam, the founding leader of Connetquot West, Inc. has been President and CEO for the past 15 years. She is moving to the position of Chairman and Chief Visionary Officer. As a high-level in advisory, we look forward to her vision in helping us move forward. Assuming her position is Noah Lam as President and CEO. Prior, Noah has been Vice President for Connetquot West, Inc. since 1995. His leadership and action-oriented role has contributed great success to the growth of this company each year, and as the new President and CEO, he is creating great strides and deploying strategies to bring us further to our goals. Allison Caprio rejoined our team in 2006 as the Medical Billing Manager. A dedicated and valued asset, we acknowledge her versatility as she has been promoted to General Manager, overseeing the entity as a whole. Prior to joining our team as a driver in 2005, Mike Carnesi’s prior experience contributed towards his current accolade as our new Warehouse Manager. With a proactive attitude, his adjustments have contributed to immense improvements to the structure and practice. Robert Krum has shown himself as a capable individual, and has been promoted to Assistant Warehouse Manager. With new responsibilities in place, he significantly contributes to our fulfillment process. Formerly in the Warehouse Department, Mike Demartini is a welcomed addition to our marketing department as a Marketing / Graphics Associate. With a degree in Graphic Design, we are fortunate to have his remarkable creativity being utilized with our company. Congratulations to the new well-merited positions.
