This means more time for family, hobbies and other passions outside of work. This has an affect on your attitude, refreshes you and allows you to return to work with renewed vigor.

Don't always think of goals as lofty long-term objectives. These types of goals are important, but the daily goals that get you through the moment might be even more important. Give yourself more time, more focus, more accomplishment, more advancement and get the important things done with daily goals.
