Bhopal Development Authority laucnhed new housing scheme for the allotment of 221 flats in Lakshmi Narayan Sharma Aero City Phase-I Yojana. under BDA Bhopal freehold plot scheme 2016. This is a new plot scheme of BDA Bhopal which works under the state government.
Bhopal Development Authority has come up with a new opportunity for those who are seeking a land to construct a beautiful house according to their architectural design. This is a new plot scheme of BDA Bhopal which works under the state government.
Bhopal Development Authority is a government agency which found to develop the whole Bhopal area and to construct housing units for the residents. The development authority is also working for other major development like road construction, infrastructural development, government building and offices and other type of construction.
In the new scheme, the beneficiary will get a plot of 600 square feet at the cost of Rs. 10,62,000/-. Total 220 freehold residential plots are being offered by the authority in the BDA New Plot Scheme 2016. These plots will be allotted to the beneficiaries through a lottery system of the authority.
Out of total 221 plots, only 90 plots are available for general public and the remaining 171 plots are reserved for different quoted categories such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Total constitutional reservation categories.
The new plots of Bhopal development authority is located at Lakshmi Narayan Sharma Aero City Phase-I Yojana is a prime location of Bhopal city.
The applicants who are interested to apply for the scheme can apply for the same in the registration period. The authority has started the registration for the scheme and the sale of application form from 5 April 2016 and the applicants can register till 16 May 2016.
These plots are available at the affordable cost for which any person who belongs to any category can apply for the scheme within the registration period from 15 April to 16 May 2016. The estimated cost of plot is around Rs. 10,62,000/- and the applicants will have to submit an amount of Rs. 1,06,200/- at the time of application form as a registration amount.
