New avenue of capturing lost sales
Schools are calling it Black Gold!
“We believe that through innovative design,Black Gold School Food Carts Articles eye catching graphics and effective merchandising, every school can increase both staff and visitor participation in cafeteria meal programs in a fun, safe and exciting environment” says Barbara Evensizer President of Oregon based Carriage Works, Inc.

Mobile coffee carts are a fairly recent entry into the office coffee cart arena. Savvy operators have recognized the competition from outside vendors such as fast food operation and convenience stores for some time
now. A few have tried to address the problem by using mobile coffee carts to entice potential customers into participation by brining the food to them.
Coffee carts are completely mobile and can be stocked in the cafeteria and taken on elevators to different floors.

There have been limited successes with this approach. The lack of success is due, in large part to the lack of attractive merchandising alternatives available to the food service operator. The carts that have been available until now have been modifications of standard cafeteria equipment or worse yet, plastic boxes with no real merchandising appeal.

Carriage Works, Inc. has solved the problems associated with old style carts through very exciting graphics and color schemes.
The carts and kiosks they design and manufacturer are fully mobile. They incorporate bright color schemes, which draw customers close to the cart providing an opportunity to present food items in an attractive manner.

Interchangeable logos and menu panels allow one cart to be used for different programs. “You can have a cart that will serve as a breakfast cart to greet morning staff and then easily change the menu and logo before serving
Lunch.” Says Evensizer.

Turn empty space into huge profits by designing a cart with the ability to get branded food & beverage items where the customers are. New ideas in a old business with Carriage Works you can recapture lost sales!
