When you are putting your business together you need to look at the whole picture. If you have a theme and stick with it throughout all the details it will help people to remember your place. Even a serious business has a place for some whimsy. If something will make people feel more comfortable then it is a good idea for business. So consider some fun ideas when you are just starting or even refreshing your business.

I have seen some offices done up in very unexpected ways. My eye doctor did her office completely fresh when she moved. That is a very good idea. If your just starting or moving to a new place you can claim it as your own this way. An optometrist has a very serious business but she also has patients that she wants to feel at ease,Creating A Business Feel That People Remember Articles a smart idea in any business. She started with an office theme of frogs and went from there.

She had the walls painted green and the furniture was fun looking and she put ceramic and glass frog figurines all around the office.  She changed her business logo to look like a webbed frog foot and handed out really cute and colorful promotional pens and promotional magnets with the frog on them.

Now one may think that this doesn't seem professional, but the office looked very classy and what she noticed is that the theme that she was using in her logo and on her promotional items was getting her a lot of attention.  Her promotional magnets served as a great reminder to people about their need to schedule an appointment and the colors and uniqueness of these promotional items really made them stand out.

What you have to understand is that you can pick anything to create a theme from. Anything that will set whatever business that you are in apart makes for good advertising. An auto mechanic can have a tropical garden for customers to wait in, I have seen this. He has a flower as a business magnet to remind people to come in for oil changes. It works.
