When we were young girls, few of us were told that someday we could grow up and own our own business. They are told that they will need start-up capital, a business plan, marketing experts on hand, and cash for advertising - but that is no longer the case. If you are going to open your own store in town, then you will certainly need those, but if you are going to start any kind of online business, the requirements are few.

All you really need to become a woman entrepreneur in this day and age is a computer, a high speed internet connection, and an eagerness to learn quickly and succeed. If you can find your way around the internet, type with a certain level of accuracy, and are able to set aside at least a few hours each week to your business, then you really do have what it takes.

Even if you don't know what kind of business to start, there are online businesses that are already set up for you - all you need to do is get started. Alternatively, if you already have an idea for a business, setting it up online is extremely easy and affordable and you may find that you can actually make a lot more money doing it than you ever imagined.
