We hear many complaints regarding the management team. Characteristics including an apathetic and unresponsive management team that are not looking out for your best interests is one of the most common complaints we hear.

And in many situation the residents had to bombard the management staff with phone calls to get their issues resolved. We are also aware of a flooding problem in the parking lot and we have heard complaints from residents that they have to meander through deep water to get to their cars.

And lately the property has been increasing their prices which has been met with disdain from many residents. Do yourself a favor and avoid this community. You will be happy you did.

One of the biggest concerns among any resident is the security for themselves, their home, and their automobiles. A large security issue has been reported at this community. Most notably, the gated security system has been reported as malfunctioning. This allows non-residents access to the community. This is never a positive thing. Car break-ins and even a break-in into your apartment home can leave you with a feeling of fear, anxiety, and anger.

7100 Almeda

This apartment community should make any list of undesirable apartment communities in Houston, Tx. From non-working appliances to a lack of security, to insect infestation, this property should be avoided at all costs.

There are many reasons why you should avoid this community. Don�t be lured by the pricing and amenities. Whenever we have contacted the management company we are met with non-helping leasing agents and an non-existent manager.
