"A San Diego-based Dermatology and Cosmetic Center recently introduced the use of SMS services to personally reach out to new customers. The Dermatology and Cosmetic center quickly found that connecting to users with mobile devices allowed them to increase awareness of their services regardless of the user’s device type or cellular provider.

The success of Scripps Ranch Dermatology is hardly unique either and businesses across the globe are finding excellent success when implementing SMS messaging services as a marketing and customer outreach tool.
