Many people often used to say or complain that they had lot of energy to do many things in the past but only now they feel they are tired. More specifically so,Energy modulation even a new born calf knows, what about corporate Articles only after joining a particular organization or become husband or wife to someone etc.  It is not a mere physical state of mind or body. It is not about the mere aging process that would cause the energy level to decline.  In truth, the energy at the level of experience can only be more with time and age and it cannot be less nor does it regress.  Then why do they complain so often?

There are two important domains of energy levels from which people generally operate viz., excitement/excited/ignited energy and the other being realistic energy.  The energy expenditure vs. results will not be in proportion to each other in the first case, whereas the results will be relatively more than the energy spent in the second situation.

The excited or excitement energy can be seen well in individuals as soon as they join an organization.  The new experience will give them lot of joy, thrill and hope.  With time, the ignited energy will transform into realistic energy as producing the tangible results become inevitable for survival in the organization.  Initially, monitoring of the performance of new joinees will be relatively casual in most corporate.

Another interesting example we can draw from the animal world is about the behaviour of new born calves of most herbivorous animals.  Within a few minutes of birth, the calf or lamb or fawn jump and run on the grassland.  They spent lot of energy with joy and happiness.  If the mother animal happens to sense any danger, it used to send a warning signal to the young ones to freeze their energy and to hide inside the grass (without any activity).  The mother animal tend to distract the attention of the predator and even if the predator come close to the calf, most occasions they move away without noticing the presence of the hiding calf.

In the stage one; the calf was spending energy with no return.  In the stage two, the calf had conserved the energy and only then it could produce the result i.e. as it could save its life.

The message is that the corporate people should realize the distinction between the two domains of energy levels in them.  In most occasions, people will be referring to energy as result and result to be as energy.

The truth is that when people had energy, they would not have done anything so great and many things they would have achieved when they had relatively less energy.  When achievement orientation occupies the centre stage, it is not energy expenditure the, energy conservation only would happen the most.

It is not how much energy one spent; how it was spent only ensures the result.  The message is not about having or not having excited/excitement/ignited energy, but on how to avoid the possible confusion by the employees.  Once they learn the art of differentiating the both, the complain or grief of they were so energetic before and only after join the organization or after become wife to someone their energy level has comedown will never occur in their life.

Learn the difference between the energy/effort and result from the perspective of quantity spent vs. conserved and make you happy.
