The emotional uncertainity of employees in most corporate is a major problem as it affects.........

The emotional uncertainty or the emotional undulations of the employees in the organization can kill the people who are working there and also the very organization if the problem is not well understood and corrective actions are not taken at the right time. One of the most common emotional imbalances seen in people in the organization is loosing of temper very easily or getting angry for anything & everything and with anyone & everyone.  Sadly such people can be good performers also.  How to deal with such people is a major challenge in most corporate.

Chemically,Find a Zinc to deal with short temper people in corporate Articles such ‘short temper’ people are as same as the metals that are highly susceptible to corrosion and rusting.  Such fast corrosive metals are neither worth their price nor will be useful to make anything durable and long lasting.  The simple option to handle such metal is using paints.  But painting also can offer only limited protection.

Organizations can continuously offer behavioural trainings to such ‘short temper’ employees but will have very limited effects like what poor protection painting can offer to very corrosive metals.

Organizations need to learn and apply some of the chemistry/metallurgy techniques to handle such people as metallurgy has solutions to deal with corrosive metals.

The underground cabling wires such as copper or aluminum are very vulnerable to rusting especially underneath soil.  To minimize the corrosive damage of these cable wires, a method called ‘galvanization’ is widely followed.  In the above process, some other metals that corrode much faster like Zinc are chosen and are attached with the underground copper or aluminum cable.  Or the cable wires are painted with zinc solution.  The metal zinc would act like sacrificial goat and protect the cable wire.  The zinc reacts faster with water and other chemicals than copper or aluminum and assumes different forms such as zinc oxide or zinc carbonate etc., and thereby protects the main cable wires.

Protection through the process of galvanization is far superior to painting as paintings can get torn off and through the exposed portion of the metal, rusting process can initiate.

The message to be learned by the corporate from the above metallurgy process is that the principle of galvanization can be used well to deal with ‘short temper’ people in the organization as well.

Instead of using a more volatile person like in the case of galvanization, the organization should chose relatively very cool people as his/her team mate.  When one rises above the mercury, the other can calibrate the situation by being less reactive.

The process of galvanization, the corporate should practice in team building exercise.  The ‘temperament’ of people should be identified and understood well while building a team.  After all the chemistry of different people in the team matters and hence follow the chemistry methods where ever required and possible.
