It’s that time of the year again, the holidays. There is no excuse to throw a fabulous office bash. It doesn’t matter what you’re celebrating, but let’s face it the boring Christmas party has been a letdown year after year. So instead of letting the human resources people find ideas for office themes, games or activities let’s list here some the ideas that will guarantee your little get together has the office looking forward to.

  1. Company Picnic

Having an office excursion is an excellent way to bond with your fellow officemates. And it also takes you “out of the workplace.”  For a little fun in the sun, best yet you can also bring your family to the event. It’s like hitting two birds with one stone. A movie night office party is a fantastic idea as well. The team can pick a few new release movies. Or they can choose a movie related to their industry. Movie and TV actors and actresses get awards, Scientists and inventors get Noble awards and recognitions, why not office experts?

Have a distinctions night for all your office workers.

Have everyone dress in their "Oscar's Best" and turn out for a night of high society dining and dancing.

You can give out distinctions like "Employee of the year award," Congeniality award or "Most Friendly," "Best Dressed of the night" and whatever else suits your particular calling.

You'll discover fast which of your associates to trust with and bring you a homemade soup when you're under the weather!

Only ensure you taste a smidgen of everybody's food. You do not want anyone to get offended, that’s totally the opposite of what we are trying to achieve here which is camaraderie. To be safe just take a small portion of each delicacy on your plate. Taste it first to make sure you have what it takes to stomach it and then just come back for later on.

Who said Halloween could only be on Oct thirty-first. Why not have a theme party and dress up for the event. There is a countless theme to choose for example Great Gatsby theme. Rock some 1920’s inspired couture while sipping retro style cocktail.  Videoke / Karaoke theme bring out a karaoke machine. Have everyone plenty to drink and be prepared to sing “I will survive” in front of the group. Bring out your inner rocker or ballad in the party. Studio 54 Theme have a disco-themed bash inspires by Studio 54's heyday. Dancing all night to the tune of dancing queen, YMCA, and car wash is not optional. And lastly, do not forget the disco ball.
